BREASTFEEDING COUNSELLING
Getting started with breastfeeding can sometimes be
difficult (pain, difficult latching on) or require special monitoring for some time (prematurity, insufficient milk supply, poor weight gain).
The breastfeeding consultant can help you solve these problems. She will guide you through the breastfeeding process. Her availability and attentiveness will support you in your new role as parents.

NESTING WORKSHOP OR TAKING ACTION FOR THE HEALTH OF FUTURE GENERATIONS
The first 1000 days (from conception to the child‘s 2nd birthday) are considered to be a crucial stage in a baby‘s development. Ensuring both your health and their health during this sensitive period is everyone‘s business. This workshop will help you identify indoor pollutants and give you the means to take action to create a healthy environment for you and your baby.
BECOMING AND BEING PARENTS
Organised by the Janusz Korzcak School for Parents. Counsellors talk about your commitment as parents, and the role of fathers and mothers in raising children. The bond that the father and mother forge with their child marks the beginning of the child’s upbringing right through to adulthood.

AFTER THE BIRTH
The post-natal or fourth trimester of pregnancy is the period covering the 3 months following the birth. Various topics are covered: newborn sleep, preventing cot death, co-sleeping, baby crying, emotional security, colic, dumies, babywearing, etc.
