INFORMATION DESTINEE AU PATIENT
En accord avec le plan national de prévention des infections du Ministère de la Santé du Luxembourg et selon un protocole établi par le Centre européen de prévention et de contrôle des maladies (ECDC), les Hôpitaux Robert Schuman participent à une surveillance systématique des infections qui peuvent survenir après la pose d’une prothèse de hanche (PTH) ou de genou (PTG).
A cette fin, un infirmier des Hôpitaux Robert Schuman vous contactera par téléphone un mois et trois mois après votre opération, et éventuellement encore douze mois plus tard.
Il vous posera quelques questions simples sur votre état et sur la cicatrisation de votre plaie opératoire. Comme tous nos professionnels, il est tenu à la plus stricte confidentialité et au secret professionnel. Toutes les données enregistrées seront anonymisées. Ainsi le protocole ECDC ne contiendra plus aucune information personnelle sur vous.
Ce programme n’exige pas d’examen supplémentaire et n’induit pas de frais pour vous ou votre caisse de maladie.
Si vous ne souhaitez pas participer à ce programme,
nous vous remercions de bien vouloir le communiquer au personnel soignant ou à votre médecin traitant. Vous pouvez également nous informer plus tard de votre refus, par exemple lors du contact téléphonique.

Im Rahmen des Nationalen Aktionsplanes zur Infektionsprävention des Luxemburgischen Gesundheits-ministeriums und gemäß einem Protokoll des Europäischen Zentrums für die Prävention und die Kontrolle von Krankheiten (ECDC) nehmen die Hôpitaux Robert Schuman an einer systematischen Überwachung der möglichen Wundinfektionen nach Implantation einer Totalprothese der Hüfte (Hüft-TEP/PTH) oder des Knies (Knie-TEP/PTG) teil.
Zu diesem Zweck wird ein Krankenpfleger der Hôpitaux Robert Schuman Sie nach 1 Monat und nach 3 Monaten, eventuell zusätzlich nach 12 Monaten, telefonisch kontaktieren und Ihnen ein paar einfache Fragen zum Verlauf der Wundheilung und Ihrem Befinden stellen. Wie alle unsere Mitarbeiter ist auch er zur strikten Vertraulichkeit verpflichtet und an die berufliche Schweigepflicht gebunden. Alle erfassten Daten werden anonymisiert. Das ECDC Protokoll enthält damit keine persönlichen Informationen über Sie.
Für das Überwachungsprogramm werden keine zusätzlichen Untersuchungen durchgeführt und es fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten für Sie oder Ihre Krankenkasse an.
Sollten Sie an diesem Programm nicht teilnehmen wollen, so teilen Sie dies bitte dem Pflegepersonal oder dem behandelnden Arzt mit.
Sie können Ihre Teilnahme auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ablehnen, z.B. zum Zeitpunkt des Anrufes.

PATIENT INFORMATION
In accordance with the National Infection Prevention Plan of the Luxembourg Ministry of Health, and according to a protocol established by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), the Robert Schuman Hospitals participate in a systematic surveillance of infections that may occur after implantation of a hip prosthesis (THA/PTH) or knee prosthesis (TKA/PTG).
For this purpose, a nurse of the Robert Schuman Hospitals will contact you by phone one month and three months after your operation, and possibly another twelve months later. He will ask you a few simple questions about your health condition and the wound healing process.
Like all our healthcare professionals he is bound by the strictest confidentiality and by professional secrecy. All the recorded data will be anonymised. Thus, the ECDC protocol will no longer contain any personal information about you.
This programme does not require further medical tests and does not create additional costs
for you or your health insurance.
If you do not wish to participate in this programme, we would kindly ask you to inform the nursing staff or your doctor about it. You can also inform us later of your refusal, for example during the telephone contact.

De acordo com o Plano Nacional de Prevenção
das Infecções do Ministério da Saúde do Luxemburgo e segundo o protocolo estabelecido pelo Centro Europeu de Prevenção e Controlo das Doenças (ECDC), os Hôpitaux Robert Schuman participam a uma vigilância sistemática das infecções que podem ocorrer após a colocação de uma prótese de anca (PTA/PTH) ou de joelho (PTJ/PTG).
Para este efeito, um enfermeiro dos Hôpitaux
Robert Schuman entrará em contato consigo
por telefone, um mês e três meses após a sua
operação, e possivelmente também doze meses
depois. Ele fará algumas perguntas simples sobre o seu estado e a cicatrização da sua ferida
operatória. Como todos os nossos profissionais,
ele está vinculado à mais estrita onfidencialidade
e ao sigilo profissional. Todos os dados gravados serão anonimizados. Assim, o protocolo ECDC não conterá mais nenhuma informação pessoal sobre si.
Este programa não requer outros exames e não
incorre em custos adicionais para si ou seu fundo de saúde.
Se não desejar participar neste programa, pedimos a gentileza de comunicá-lo à equipa de
enfermagem ou ao seu médico. Também pode
informar-nos mais tarde da sua recusa, por exemplo, durante o contato telefónico.
