Mission
Activity at outpatient physiotherapy departments at the Zithaklinik (ZK) and the Hôpital Kirchberg (HK) sites focuses on hospitalized patients’ treatment history and aims to supplement this treatment.
The outpatient treatments on offer therefore follow on from the medical activities carried out by the HRS Group.

Cardio-vascular readaptation (HK)
Respiratory rehabilitation (ZK)
Pelvic floor rehabilitation for men and women (HK)
Treatment of vertigo and balance-related disorders linked to pathologies of the inner ear (HK)
Treatment of tempero-mandibular articulation disorders (HK)
Functional rehabilitation relating to rheumatoid arthritis (ZK)
Participation in preparing for a hospital stay with pre-operation sessions (HK and ZK)
Practical information
An initial assessment, as well as defining a rehabilitation goal, are the starting point for your treatment. A personalised treatment programme is drawn up for you on the basis of this assessment and your goals. The physiotherapist may contact your general practitioner at any stage, if necessary.
Both departments are equipped with the latest technology, suited to the requirements of the treatments offered of your rehabilitation.
Appointments are made with the physiotherapy department office which services both sites. Depending on the type of treatment, the office will suggest an appointment at one of the two sites. Our services are restricted to treatments available on prescription. You therefore need to be in possession of a standardized physiotherapy prescription on the day your treatment starts.
For CNS-affiliated patients the terms of authorisation, reimbursement by means of third party payment and the rate of reimbursement are those provided by the CNS for outpatient physiotherapy sessions.
